Pixie Cabin - noonish, Thursday

Johnny was thinking this was becoming habit: Go to cabin that's not his, pick up chick, wait, get grilled by other cabin mates, then pick up chick. Hang out, do whatever. Be totally cool. 

But this was not a date. No way. This was just a going to lunch, hey! new friend! thing except Tori is totally hot with a surfer bod! and you just couldn't go wrong with pizza. If they were to go out at night for pizza? Totally a date. Night changes everything. It was written down somewhere - 

So, there he was, at the Pixie cabin door, knocking. Knock. Knock. Knock.

(up early because sp is so much love today, and for water_wonder please, though if any of the cabin mates want to have a go at him, you're welcome to it and whoa, deja vu..)

Bel opened up the door of the Pixie cabin, on his way out to have a cigarette. Smoking in the cabin would earn him an annoyed girlfriend, not to mention probably a shoe from Parker and a mallet from Zero. He eyed the new kid. "Hey," he said.

Johnny had his hands in his pockets, staring off towards the side somewhere, when the door was opened. Fixing a smile on his face, he turned back to the opening, ready to greet Tori. Instead he got an eyeful of wtf! "Heyyyyy--what? The...holy shit!"

Standing in front of him was Victor Von Doom and how in the hell was that even possible?!

"There a problem?" Bel said, looking the kid over at his weird reaction.

"What the hell are you doing here? How in the hell are you even here?" Johnny started to get hot, and it was more than evident.

Anybody else might've pointed out that he probably wasn't the person Johnny thought. Bel, of course, did not take that path. Instead, he conjured up a fireball and bounced in his hand. "Last I checked," he said, "I don't answer to you."

"The hell you don't." Johnny stated, taking a flicker of a second to consider the fireball. "You answer to the Fantastic Four. Then, now, always. How the fuck are you here?"

Bel started snickering. "Fantastic Four?" he said. "What kind of dumb name is that? You wanna strike fear in somebody's heart, kid, you're gonna have to think up a better name."

Tori heard the knock and made her way over to the door. Upon opening it, she smiled. "Hey Johnny."

Johnny, still recuperating from seeing something which he had never ever thought to see again, was looking a little pale when Tori greeted him.

"Hey, Tori. How's it, uh, going? You ready?"

"Pretty good." Tori nodded, with a smile. "I'm ready when you are."

Taking of the slight pale, Tori raised an eyebrow. "Are you okay?"

He moved aside so she could go before him, "Yeah, I'll be fine. Just had a moment of deja vu or something like it." Johnny grinned at her as they started for town, "How are you today, Tori?"

"Okay, good." She smiled and shrugged. "I'm good, can't really complain. I have one workshop to TA in a little." Tori explained. "What about you? Any big plans after lunch?"

[OOC: I'm so sorry I didn't tag in earlier, I had the car ride from hell trying to get home from college. Ugh.]

"I'm totally free today," he smiled, enjoying the walk, which he seemed to be doing a lot of lately. Hmm. "After lunch I just plan on lazying around."

Parker wandered in, yawning and heading for the coffee maker. She saluted Tori with her cup, then the new guy. "Hey."

Hey, girl he has yet to meet.

"Hi," he said, quirking his lips into a grin.

Parker game him a once-over, then sleepy yawn. "Parker. And you are?"

Johnny gave her a once-over, minus any sort of sleepy yawn. "Johnny Storm."

"Johnny, Johnny...." Parker took a sip of the coffee, then smirked as she remembered. "Isabel mentioned you." Another sip, and a dry, "So did the Radio."

Ah, Isabel, he thought of her fondly for a moment. Hot, blonde, magical. "Did she? Yeah, I met her the other day." He let the radio comment pass, no need to state the obvious. But he smirked; there was nothing else to do but stand there and look cute.

Angela stuck her head out of her alcove for the first time in a few days. "What's going on?" she wanted to know.

"Hi," Johnny said, then answered, "I'm picking up Tori for a non-date."

Hmmm. Angela was happy Tori was not-dating, but still, she felt a roomie obligation to ask a few questions. "I'm her not-roommate, Angela," she said. "I mean, I used to be her roomie, but now I'm not. So, you're new? What kind of not-date is this?"

"Nice to meet you, Angela who used to be her roomie. I'm Johnny Storm," he said, amused. "And yes, I'm a new student. This is a eating pizza for lunch non-date."
